On the left is a poster from the Mickey Vernon Day statue and park dedication in Marcus Hook, PA to honor their hometown son, Washington Senator great, two time AL batting champ and now HOFer Mickey Vernon. The event was held on Sept. 20, 2003 in his hometown of Marcus Hook, PA just north of Wilmington, DE. On the right is an 8 x 10 autographed photo of Mickey standing next to his statue. Neither poster or photo are framed.   

This is the actual Philadelphia Evening Bulletin pullout photo of the 1950 Phillies Whiz Kids team. It is in excellent condition and is beautifully matted and framed. It is autographed by Robin Roberts in pencil below his picture. These are very hard to come by - especially in such great condition.   

This is an 11 x 14 photo framed to 16 x 20 of Harry Kalas at the dais during his Hall of Fame induction in 2002. Harry has signed it and inscribed HOF 2002.

This is the Phillies Living Legends poster that is another portrait by famed sports artist Dick Perez. It was sponsored by Prism, the Ed Snyder precursor to Comcast. It is signed in blue sharpie by all four Philies HOFers - from top left Richie Ashburn, Steve Carlton, Robin Roberts and Mike Schmidt. It is also signed in pencil at the bottom by artist Dick Perez. The poster measures 18 x 24. Suitable for framing and would look great hanging in anyone's collection. This is a limited and numbered edition, #7,729 of 10,000. There are no splits or folds - it is in excellent condition.   

This is a photo of the exterior of the old Yankee Stadium and is autographed by former Yankees players. There are 30 signatures on this photo including Phil Rizzuto, Johny Blanchard, and Frank Crosetti. This is the photo only - it is not matted or framed. The photo is 8½ x 11.  

This is an 8x10 B/W photo beautifully matted and framed to 11x14 signed by all 3 Dimaggio brothers. The oldest, Vince, played in the National League with the Boston Braves, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and the Phillies from 1937 to 1946. Joe DiMaggio played his entire career with the Yankees from 1936 to 1951. The youngest, Dom, "The Little Professor," also spent his entire career with one team, the Boston Red Sox, from 1940 to 1953. A RARE collector's piece.   

Lavonne "Pepper" Paire Davis played with the Minneapolis Millerettes, Fort Wayne Daisies, Racine Belles and Grand Rapids Chicks as catcher from 1944 to 1952. She was portrayed by actress Brenda Ferrari as the Racine Belles catcher in the movie "A League of Their Own." She was also a technical consultant to director Penny Marshall during the filming of "A League of Their Own."

This is an 8x10 B/W photo beautifully matted and framed to 11x14 and signed by Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams and Dom DiMaggio. A great addition to anyone's collection. 

This is a copy of Golf Styles Magazine, a local Philadelphia magazine, that contained an article of baseball great Bobby Shantz. If you notice on the cover of the magazine you see a golfball inside of a baseball. That's because Bobby was not only a great pitcher but also a very accomplished golfer. He carried a single digit handicap until he about 80 years old. His weekly Monday morning routine was to play private matches with the owners of Limekiln Golf Course in Horsham, PA. Those owners were none other than Hall of Famer Robin Roberts and his left handed Whiz Kids counterpart Curt Simmons. At 86, Bobby still plays today although admits, "trying to keep a single digit handicap is much more difficult." The magazine is autographed by Bobby on the page where his article appears. Signed with his name and 1952 A.L. MVP. Another unique item not to be found anywhere else.

Pictured from L to R in back row are Wilt Chamberlain, Tom Gola, Bobby Clarke, Chuck Bednarik, Bernie Parent, Steve Carlton, Paul Arizin. Seated: Robin Roberts, Steve Van Buren, Tommy McDonald, Connie Mac, Richie Ashburn, (Dr. J) Julius Erving, Bobby Shantz and Mike Schmidt. It should be noted that 5 of the 15 were local area products. Wilt Chamberlain, Tom Gola and Paul Arizin were all born in Philadelphia while Bobby Shantz was born in Pottstown, PA and Chuck Bednarik was born in Bethlehem, PA. This print is signed by 10 of the 15 shown. The signers are: Tom Gola, Chuck Bednarik, Bernie Parent, Steve Carlton, Paul Arizin, Robin Roberts, Steve Van Buren, Tommy McDonald, Bobby Shantz and Mike Schmidt. All fifteen pictured are Hall of Famers in their respective sports. This print is matted to an 11 x 14 size. It is not framed.   

This is a 1980 Phillies poster sponsored by the Phila Bulletin newspaper. It has 31 Signatures on it out of 33. The only ones missing are the two Mike's - 3rd baseman Mike Schmidt and coach Mike Ryan. It measures 22.5 x 14.

This is an uncut sheet of 30 baseball cards from the late 1990's Reading Phillies team that featured future big-leaguers Jimmy Rollins, Pat Burrell, Gary Varsho, Cliff Politte, Aaron Royster, and David Coggin. Also included in the set is coach Milt Thompson.

This is an uncut 40 card set of the old Philadelphia A's by artist Ron Joyner and two postcard size photos on the side. This is not signed by anyone.

These are two uncut Fleer Diamond Skills Commemorative sets of 8 cards on each sheet.

This is a 16 x 20 photo of the interior of Connie Mack Stadium in the mid-70's after it closed for good in 1970. It is signed by 10 players from the 1970 team - the last team to play there before moving to Veterans Stadium in 1971. The signers are: Hall of Famer Jim Bunning, Willie Montanez, Tony Taylor, Rick Wise, Johnny Briggs, Fred Wenz, Terry Harmon, Greg Luzinski, Don Money, and Larry Bowa.

This beautiful print was sponsored by Prism Television and depicts Philadelphia Hall of Famers prior to 1981. Done by sports artist Dick Perez, it pictures Connie Mack, Robin Roberts, Richie Ashburn, Jimmie Foxx, Chuck Klein, Lefty Grove, Al Simmons and Grover Cleveland Alexander. It is 22 x 28 and unframed but a beautiful piece for framing and hanging.

Back in the day, error cards were a fairly common occurrence. Some were valued highly and some not, for whatever reason. We are still researching information on it.

Mildred Ella "Babe" Didrikson Zaharias was an American athlete who achieved outstanding success in golf, basketball, and track and field. She was named the 10th Greatest North American Athlete of the 20th Century by ESPN, and the 9th Greatest Athlete of the 20th Century by the Associated Press. This is a great photo of her being kissed by another great Babe - Babe Ruth. She looks quite timid in this shot. One of the many great shots of Babe Ruth. This 8 x 10 photo is a little grainy. Will be matted for free. Unsigned.

This is an 8 x 10 collage of the great Babe Ruth at different stages of his career and his retirement. The autograph on the front is a FACSIMILE signature, not real.

This is a great shot of the Babe asleep in a laundry basket. Babe was always posing for outrageous and funny photos. This one is a classic.

This is a copy of a great shot of an American All-Star squad who barnstormed across Japan in 1927, with FACSIMILE signatures of the entire team and manager Connie Mack. A great replica photo of some of the greatest players of that era including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx, Lefty O'Doul, Bing Miller, Earl Averill, Charlie Gehringer, Lefty Gomez, Rube Walberg, Eric McNair, Frankie Hays, and Doc Ebling (the team trainer). A real piece of baseball history.

This is a one of a kind card set autographed by Pete Rose using his full name - Peter Edward Rose - one on each card to complete the set. These are baseball card sized. They show Pete in golf attire instead of his usual baseball uniform and are signed in silver sharpie. They are mounted in a three card holder. You won't find this anywhere else, especially autographed and at this bargain price.

This beautiful poster is done by famed sports artist Dick Perez and was designed before the no-hitters later pitched by Kevin Millwood and Roy Halladay. The Terry Mulholland autograph is hard to come by since he lives in Arizona and does very few autograph shows anywhere. It is in excellent condition and comes framed.

From R to L: John Kruk (1899 home), Tommy Greene (1915 road), Lenny Dykstra (1925 home), Terry Mulholland (1938 home), Darren Daulton (1942 road), Mitch Williams (1948 home), Wes Chamberlain (1950 home), Larry Bowa (1970 road), Dale Murphy (1980 home), and Mariano Duncan (1992 road). The Terry Mulholland autograph is hard to come by since he lives in Arizona and does very few autograph shows anywhere. The Dale Murphy autograph is equally hard to obtain for much the same reasons and the Lenny Dykstra autograph is impossible to obtain for some time until he is released from jail. It is in excellent condition and comes framed.
